Delivering services safely

The safety of those living and working in the vicinity of our works is paramount, so all of our arboriculture services are carried out in line with the guidelines of BS3998:2010 ‘Tree Work – Recommendations’, and we aim to keep inconvenience to the general public and local residents to a minimum.

idverde is equipped to deal with emergency situations, such as the disruption caused by ‘Storm Doris’ in 2017. idverde offers a 24/7 emergency call-out service on its arboricultural contracts, and is able to reach most Midlands locations within a two-hour period. We operate a staff rota for out-of-hours cover, and all vehicles are equipped with tracker systems so that, in the event of an emergency incident, we can identify and immediately deploy our nearest team.
