idverde has been part of the trailblazer group for developing the L2 / L3 and L5 horticulture/landscaping apprenticeships and delivers the L2 successfully in-house to our colleagues. Both new apprentices just starting with the business and existing colleagues who wish to improve their skills and gain recognition for this.
In order to offer a wider range of apprenticeships to all our colleagues, we also partner with other providers, always looking for new programmes to broaden our fields of expertise as learning and development is a pivotal part of idverde’s DNA.
