idverde nominated for Pro Landscaper Business Awards 2025
We are delighted to share that idverde has been nominated for one of the Pro Landscaper Business Awards 2025!
The Pro Landscaper Business Awards celebrate the outstanding achievement of leading organisations within the UK’s landscaping industry, and the category we have been shortlisted for is the Diversity and Inclusion Strategy award. This demonstrates, not that we have already achieved all we can when it comes to Diversity and Inclusion, but that we are leading the way within the Landscaping industry in focusing on this really important topic.
The initiatives we’ve been recognised for, through this nomination, are:
- A forward-thinking recruitment solution. By having all Hiring Managers follow the same process, source candidates in the same way and by having a neutral party shortlist candidate CVs, we’re reducing unconscious bias, broadening our Talent Pools and considering candidates who we may otherwise have missed.
- An industry-leading Health and Wellbeing Framework through our Thrive Care Hub. This framework provides a holistic, all-inclusive support mechanism to ensure our colleagues are fit and healthy while they’re in work, work in a safe and healthy environment, and are supported to return to work when they are on a period of sick leave. By working with 4 providers who are leaders in their industries, the Thrive Care Hub is the first of its kind to provide an exceptional level of support, advice and guidance for all colleagues across the entirety of our business, breaking down barriers on role type and seniority.
- An all-inclusive communication platform through Thrive Connect. For the first time at idverde, all colleagues, including those who are field-based and don’t have an idverde email address, have access to the same information, including business communications, colleague information and a discounts portal.
