idverde Northern Ireland Apprentice Induction Day

On 24th November 2021, idverde NI held their first Apprentice Induction Day to celebrate the intake of our fourth and largest cohort of Apprentices since the programme began in 2016. 9 Apprentices were joined by their workplace buddy, line Manager and a range of management and support staff.

Ian Patterson, Contracts Manager, gave a Health & Safety talk reminding all present of the importance of always working safely. Finally, Sam Toner, Chargehand, gave a talk of his personal experience being a Buddy and what characteristics are required from this vital role.
