The ideal candidate will possess a vocationally trained background with extensive on-site experience, consistently delivering projects to the highest quality within budget constraints.

As a Team Leader, you should exhibit exemplary leadership qualities, acting as a role model for your team and providing on-site training to enhance their skills. If you are a dedicated and committed individual with the ability to motivate a team, we want to hear from you. You will have a CSCS certification as well as a strong track record of excellent project delivery.

  • Health & Safety: Responsible for the day-to-day health and safety of the team, ensuring all members are trained and competent in their tasks, and adherence to health and safety policies.
  • Personal Qualities: The successful candidate will be vocationally trained, maintaining a high level of on-site experience, and consistently delivering projects to the highest quality within budget constraints.
  • Team Player: You must be able to take clear instructions, contribute positively to the team, and meet challenges in a constructive manner.
  • Leadership: Act as a role model for your team, passing on knowledge and skills, and efficiently planning your team’s workload for maximum efficiency.
  • Communication: Clear and positive communication with all stakeholders, including customers and the public, is paramount.
  • Team Management: Day-to-day responsibility for team members, ensuring the quality of work, adherence to rules, and maintaining a professional appearance.
  • Materials, Plant, and Tools: Take responsibility for ensuring correct materials, plant, and tools are available. Conduct daily maintenance of vehicles, plant, and tools.
  • Quality: Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, meeting client satisfaction and adhering to given instructions and specifications.
