Who are we looking for?

We are looking for Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our team based in Norwich on a fixed term basis. Working in small teams, you will be responsible for a range of activity from grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, and much more. This is a fixed term position working 40 hours per week.

Are you who we are looking for?

• Experience in grounds maintenance / horticulture / gardening
• Able to work safely using a range of equipment and hand tools (e.g., strimmer’s, backpack blowers, push mowers etc.)
• Experience in working in a busy team and providing a good quality service
• Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Current Full UK Driving License is essential for the role
• Happy to be employed on a fixed – term contract
