Sales Manager (Wickford)

Who Are We Looking For?

We are searching for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the commercial growth for our landscaping construction projects, primarily within the housing market in London and the South East based in Wickford, Essex.

 

We seek high-performing, ambitious, and motivated individuals capable of maintaining and developing client relationships within idverde. The ideal candidate will excel in achieving revenue growth targets by identifying and securing new business opportunities.

 

Are You Who We Are Looking For?

As the Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to collaborate closely with clients (existing and new) to deliver high-quality, well-designed soft landscaping solutions. Proficiency in consultative selling techniques is essential, ensuring that all projects are priced in accordance with idverde group processes and presented through the established ‘Pricing Review’ process. We would value experience in the house building, construction or related sectors, as you will promoting idverde’s soft landscaping services to the existing customer base, handling leads generated through group marketing activity and your own networking.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with clients to provide effective soft landscaping solutions.
  • Identifying and sourcing soft landscaping business opportunities.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer need to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • Promoting idverde’s soft landscaping services to existing customers.
  • Utilising consultative selling techniques.

 

Requirements:

  • B2B sales experience with a degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven sales success and effective relationship/customer management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills, business acumen, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Having experience of landscape design would be advantageous but not essential
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
