Are You What We Are Looking For?

If you are a qualified, passionate and experienced Head Gardener with an HND in Horticulture or equivalent, and if you have a portfolio showcasing your design experience in herbaceous perennial and display meadow planting, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.

Main Duties:

As the Head Gardener, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing day-to-day horticultural tasks on the London 2012 Gardens and parklands.
  • Managing and leading a team to ensure efficient delivery of horticultural services.
  • Maintaining a positive relationship with clients and customers, exceeding their expectations.
  • Promoting company services and maintaining a professional image.
  • Planning and organising work schedules to meet contractual obligations.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Implementing innovative practices to enhance service delivery and environmental sustainability.
