Jo Daughtry – Business Development Director
Jo also provides ongoing financial support to operations, particularly for those clients wishing for “open book” accounting arrangements, preparing reports for presentation to clients and providing detailed cost analysis to accompany and illustrate operational reports. Prior to the commencement of a new contract, Jo will produce a detailed budget based upon the tender submission, itemising all resource levels, for issue to the contract manager and the team responsible for the mobilisation process. She will continue to work with Clients throughout the contract to provide reports, discuss potential efficiency savings and revise operational budgets accordingly.
Initially pursuing a career in hotel and leisure management with a three year stint in Switzerland, Jo joined Quadron in 1993 commencing within its Leisure & Catering Division as an operational manager and gaining promotion to Business Manager for the division in 1997, responsible for a £6m turnover, prior to changing career direction to pursue an increasing interest in the financial performance and development of the business.
Following SITA’s acquisition of Quadron Jo became the Business Analyst for SITA’s South East Division, based in Kensington. She was responsible for the budgeting process, variance analysis and KPI trend reporting and also became involved in tendering for new business, project appraisals and due diligence analysis for potential acquisitions.
After a management buy-out in 2001 established Quadron as an independent privately-owned company Jo’s role became focussed on growing the business and she was promoted to Business Development Director in 2008.
