idverde is delighted to announce our overall sponsorship of the 2017 APSE Parks Seminar, to be held at Tatton Park on 15th March.
The seminar is set to be a must attend event for anyone in the green industry dealing with parks and open spaces management, and will examine the most prominent challenges facing the sector, whether financial, environmental or social.
Wayne Priestley, APSE Principle Advisor for Parks said:
“Parks and public realm are part of our heritage, but often end up at the bottom of the funding pile. Within APSE, we are very proud to support our parks services which deliver so much more to our communities than is often recognised. Providing lungs in our inner cities, play facilities for youngsters, or offering accessible health and wellbeing walks to older people, parks are often the most visible local public services. We are delighted that idverde are supporting this important event that will focus on developing best practice in the management of our parks and public realm.”
Nick Temple-Heald, Chief Executive Officer of idverde UK said:
“At a time when our country’s parks and greenspaces are under more pressure than ever to deliver more, for less, it’s important that the industry takes up opportunities to meet and share best practice solutions to overcome common issues. We were delighted to take up the opportunity to support this year’s Parks Seminar as overall sponsor, and look forward to the opportunity to share knowledge and ideas with the industry.”
