About the role
A full-time position has arisen for Relief Town Barrow Operative to cover Frome, Shepton Mallet, Wells, Glastonbury & Street when town Barrowman is on their rotated day off, long weekend and holiday.
We are looking for flexible, hard-working individuals with the commitment and motivation to carry out a great job in keeping the town in pristine condition. Previous experience is desirable although not essential as training will be given.
Working 48 hours per week the successful applicants will be required to work on a rota basis, which is reviewed on an ongoing basis, working up to 6 days per week where required with a rolling day off and every 6 weeks a long weekend of Saturday to Monday. Plus general leave entitlement plus 8 Bank Holidays
- The successful candidate must be able to plan and organise their time efficiently and have a keen eye for detail in order to maintain the contractual standards of the contract.
- Full training and induction will be provided plus uniform and safety boots
- A full, clean driving license is desirable.
- 21 days Annual leave entitlement and 8 paid Bank Holidays
