Who are we looking for?

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Senior Team Leader to join our highly skilled team based in Eastbourne on a permanent basis. We are looking for someone who is ambitious, driven, and self-motivated to join our workforce. The job will focus on leading a small, designated team in the provision of Ground Maintenance to deliver a high-quality service. The total working hours for this role is 40 per week.

Principal responsibilities

• Leading a small team of Ground Maintenance Operatives to provide high quality services to specific clients
• You will organise daily work schedules, also making sure all daily checks have been completed by the team on relevant plant and machinery.
• You will ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures are met and followed
• You will have excellent industry knowledge and will be able to demonstrate this through possessing at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Responsibilities would include grass cutting, strimming, blowing, pruning, litter picking, weed control
• Possess a full UK driver’s license
• It is important that you can deal with the general public and customers alike
• And any other duties that maybe required of you
