Who are we looking for?

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader to join our highly skilled house-build team based in March. We are looking for someone who is ambitious, driven, and self-motivated to join our highly skilled workforce. The job will focus on leading a small, designated team to deliver a high-quality service to our clients. The role will be permanent and will have a total working week of 40 hours.

Principal responsibilities

• Leading a dedicated team that will work in the Norwich area providing services to specific clients
• You will organise daily work schedules, also making sure all daily checks have been completed by the team on relevant plant and machinery.
• You will ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures are met and followed
• You will have excellent industry knowledge and be able to demonstrate this. It would be desirable that you have had experience in a similar role
• Responsibilities would include grass cutting, strimming, blowing, sports pitch marking, pruning, bedding, litter picking, weed control
• Possess a full UK driver’s license
• It is important that you can deal with the general public and customers alike
• And any other duties that maybe required of you
