Who are we looking for?

We are currently looking to recruit a Bespoke Team Leader to join our team based in Northampton. We are looking for someone who is keen to learn, flexible and self-motivated to join our highly skilled workforce. The job will focus on leading a designated team in the provision of hard and soft landscaping based in our bespoke depot at Northampton.  This is a permanent role working a total of 42.5 hours per week.

Principal responsibilities

• Leading a dedicated team that will work over a large geographical area providing services to some high-profile clients.
• You will have in-depth knowledge and experience of hard and soft landscaping
• You will help to organise daily work schedules, also making sure all daily checks have been completed by the team on relevant plant and machinery.
• You will ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures
• You will have excellent industry knowledge and be able to demonstrate this. It would be desirable that you have had experience of dealing with multiple site contracts especially housing association works.
• You will be able to carry out the full range of landscaping works: Slabbing, Decking, other woodwork, Planting, Turfing, and building Pergolas, Sheds etc, brick laying qualification would be an added benefit.
• Training will be provided if needed.
• Must hold a valid CSCS card and a CPCS card for machinery such as Excavators and Dumpers would also be beneficial.
• It is important that you can deal with the public and customers alike.
• And any other duties that maybe required.
