Who are we looking for?

We are currently looking to recruit a Team Leader to join our team based in London (Hammersmith & Fulham). We are looking for someone who is keen to learn, flexible and self-motivated to join our highly skilled workforce. The job will focus on leading a designated team in the provision of grounds maintenance services throughout the park.

Principal responsibilities

• Leading a dedicated team that will work over a large geographical area providing services to some high-profile clients.
• You will help to organise daily work schedules, also making sure all daily checks have been completed by the team on relevant plant and machinery.
• You will ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures
• You will have excellent industry knowledge and be able to demonstrate this. It would be desirable that you have had experience of dealing with multiple site contracts especially housing association works.
• You will be able to carry out the full range of landscaping works: shrub hedge and grass cutting/pruning/planting etc.
• Training will be provided in using ride on mowers together with hand and pedestrian machinery, if not already in place.
• It is important that you are able to deal with the general public and customers alike.
• And any other duties that maybe required.
