About the role

 MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To provide administrative support within the office setting. You will be jointly responsible for completing admin tasks in relation to HR, Finance and operations work based in Telford.

Role Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and updating team work schedules via web-based company systems
  • Working with team members to complete company processes face to face or by phone and escalating non-completion to supervisors and contract managers for their resolution on a daily basis
  • Preparing and distributing weekly and monthly project service reports relating to critical success factors and key performance indicators
  • Maintaining inspection records and evidence
  • Processing equipment and vehicle rectification to closure via company procedures

Skills/Qualifications and Experience

  • Excellent communication skills including;
  • The ability to effectively listen and seek to understand the perspective of others.
  • To be able to effectively communicate at all levels within the business environment.
  • A minimum of 4 GCSEs including English and Mathematics or relevant experience together with good grammar, spelling and punctuation skills.
  • Confidence in using a range of computer packages, including the full suite of Microsoft Office applications
  • Previous experience in a busy project support capacity undertaking administration is desirable
  • Experience in using electronic Project Management Systems such as MS Project is desirable
