Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly experienced Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to join our skilled team based in Reading on a full-time, permanent basis. As a supervisor, you will have responsibility for overseeing the successful delivery of a professional ground’s maintenance service to our clients. The total working hours for this role is 40 per week annualised.

Are you who we are looking for?

• You have extensive previous experience of working in a ground’s maintenance settings
• Can work independently but also deliver as part of a wider team.
• Can use any previous experience to resolve challenges whilst maintaining great levels of service.
• You have a work safe home safe attitude, not only for you but all site users.
• For this role, it is important to note that the candidate should possess some type of computer literacy as we are moving to handheld devices with our new contract.
• Proven experience in a similar role
• You are a strong-willed leader with the determination to succeed
• IOSH level qualification, horticultural qualification & a driving license required
