Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager (Grounds) to join our successful team in Telford, you will have responsibility for delivering a professional, high-quality service to our clients.  In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining one of the Top 10 Parks in the UK, with the majority of other parks in the area awarded Green Flags. This is a fantastic opportunity to not only sustain this level of success but drive for further achievements.

Are you who we are looking for?

• Are you experienced in a similar supervisory role, or looking to take the next step in your career, with proven leadership skills
• Do you have a relevant horticultural qualification, with experience of working on high-end horticultural projects.
• Can you build effective relationships across a variety of stakeholders, including colleagues, clients and the general public
• Are you a confident communicator with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a wider management team
• Are you comfortable using IT systems and various software packages.
• A good level of commercial awareness with an ability to identify new business opportunities
• Full driving licence required
