Who are we looking for?

We are searching for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join the team based in Norwich on a fixed-term basis. Working in a small team, you will work collaboratively to deliver a high-quality grounds maintenance service across our House-build sites. This is a highly varied role covering a range of activities, including grass cutting, shrub and hedge maintenance, and any other necessary tasks to deliver pre-agreed improvements. The total working hours for this role is 40 hours per week.

Are you who we are looking for?

• You will enjoy working outdoors, and have a passion for green spaces
• Responsible for the high-quality delivery of the grounds maintenance and services as outlined in the output specifications
• Experience of working in a similar role would be desirable but not essential
• Able to work collaboratively or work alone to deliver an outstanding service

• Happy working on a fixed-term basis with a view to becoming permanent
• A full UK driving license is required for the role
