Who are we looking for?

We are looking for Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our team based in Charnwood. Working on a fixed term contract, you will be responsible for the delivery of a high-quality ground’s maintenance service to our clients. You will undertake a range of activities in this role including grass cutting, strimming, and hedge pruning. The working hours for this role totals 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Are you who we are looking for?

• Experienced and suitably qualified grounds maintenance operative;
• Experience of working on multi sites, high profile housing contracts would be desirable but not essential;
• The ability to read and understand site maps/plans
• Confident in organising daily works schedules and complete required daily check sheets for both sites and vehicle;
• A full driving license is essential
• Experience in the use of ride on mowers and horticultural machinery;
• You will ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures
• The successful candidate should be approachable, responsible, and able to communicate at all levels
