We are looking for Street Cleansing Operatives to join our successful team based in Winchester.

As a Street Cleansing Operative you will maintain the cleanliness of the historic town and parks of Winchester. You will travel routes emptying litter bins, collecting loose litter and operating mini-sweepers to clean paths across the town, ensuring all open spaces are kept clean and tidy to be enjoyed by the public.

This role is based over 5 days out of 7, with variety of shit start times, so we can provide you with a flexible pattern to support your life/work balance.

Are you who we are looking for?

• First and foremost you will be based in Winchester and you are someone who takes pride in their community and want to see it look the best it can possibly be.
• No previous experience needed, as full training will be given.
• You will be happy to work collaboratively within your team to deliver an outstanding service, but also comfortable operating for periods of time on your own.
• For this role it is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence
