Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Resourcing Assistant to join our growing team.

As a Resourcing Assistant you will play a key role within idverde to attract, engage and retain top talent with the effective and efficient delivery of our resourcing activity.

Reporting to the Head of Resourcing you will work with Recruiting Managers to support and guide them through the recruitment process. This could be from simply placing the job advert, to supporting with candidate assessments and anything in between.

Are you who we are looking for?

  • You will have strong experience in an administrative role, ideally within an HR or Resourcing background.
  • You will have meticulous attention to detail.
  • You will have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – you enjoy building trusted relationships with colleagues, managers, and leaders across the company.
  • Experience with working with teams and different stakeholders.
  • Good working understanding of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • You will be highly personable, energetic, passionate, with a positive, pragmatic approach to all situations.
  • You will represent the idverde way of working, displaying our company values in all that you do, acting as an ambassador of the business to both internal and external stakeholders.
