About the role

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team based in the Midlands.

In this role, you will get to undertake the full remit of commercial activity, right from the tender PPQ/tender stage through to final accounts. Some of the tasks you will be involved in include; tender take offs, reviewing contract documents, purchasing of materials, management of project budgets, client meetings and much more.

Supported by our commercial teams throughout the region, and reporting to our Operations Director, with the option of study support, and ongoing professional development this is a great role for those looking to create their career in Quantity Surveying.

This role covers the Midlands region, and benefits from a hybrid home/office working approach.

  • The ideal candidate would be based from one of our offices in Coventry, or Derby.

Are You Who We Are Looking For?

  • You may have recently graduated, or have some experience working in commercial/quantity surveying roles.
  • Ideally, you hold a qualification in a relevant construction related discipline
  • You will already be, or would be willing to work towards a formally recognised qualification – Chartered Surveyor
  • You will be ambitious, motivated with an ability to innovate.
