We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join the team based in Warwick. In this role you will be managing multiple disciplines including; ground maintenance and street scenes for our clients across Warwickshire, with works, totalling c.£4 million. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of our operations encompassing contract performance, delivery of contract objectives, client relationships, people management, safety conformance and financial performance.

In addition, we are working to reduce our carbon output and have worked with our client to ensure the pedestrian operated machinery used on this contract is battery powered, in an effort to reduce our impact on the environment.

• Do you have demonstrable experience in successfully managing multi-disciplined large value contracts?
• Can you coach, mentor, engage and lead teams to become the best that they can be, whilst smashing KPIs?
• Are you financially literate with experience in preparing and managing budgets and an ability to drive efficiencies and add value where possible?
• We work closely with our clients and communities, therefore you will need to be enthusiastic, engaging and work with integrity, whilst creating effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
