We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join the team based in Warwick. In this role you will be managing multiple disciplines including; ground maintenance and street scenes for our clients across Warwickshire, with works, totalling c.£4 million. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of our operations encompassing contract performance, delivery of contract objectives, client relationships, people management, safety conformance and financial performance.
In addition, we are working to reduce our carbon output and have worked with our client to ensure the pedestrian operated machinery used on this contract is battery powered, in an effort to reduce our impact on the environment.
