Who are we looking for?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Administrator to join our team based in Northern Ireland. Working as a key member of the team, the role will centre around providing support to the administrative team and the operational area of responsibility. This role is a permanent position and will have a total working week of 40 hours Monday to Friday.

Are you who we are looking for?

  • Manage and lead the administration team with occasional coaching and mentoring to help achieve targets
  • Proven track record leading in a similar business setting as well as demonstrable experience in leading, coaching and managing direct reports
  • Experience performing general administrative tasks including managing multiple client mailboxes, keeping enquiry logs up to date, distributing logs, answering telephone calls, collating reports, and raising POs
  • Use internal SMS system to check updates on ongoing jobs and close any enquiries using data/evidence provided
  • Ensure regular 1:1’s is held with the team to ensure development objectives are met in-line with the annual PDR process
  • Support other administrators with general admin duties
  • A champion in Microsoft Office Packages, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of people
  • Able to react quickly in fast paced situations with the ability to use own initiative
  • Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills are essential for the role
