Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Business Development team. This role will be based in Glasgow, to cover our North region.

As a Key Account Manager, you will have full responsibility for client management and quality monitoring of our private Accounts and develop them thereafter. This is a key role in the business which increases income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. The role will assist in ensuring that client satisfaction is exceeded whilst securing future revenue, from both existing and new corporate services clients. There will be personal responsibility for sales targets and the management of KPIs.

Are you who we are looking for?

  • We are looking for someone who has previous experience of working in client relationship management roles
  • You will have demonstrable experience of your financial acumen and commercial mindset
  • You will have experience of contract management
  • Whilst experience in a horticultural, service industry is preferred, it is not essential, as training will be provided
  • Strong administration and communication skills
  • IT literate, with experience of using a work management system would be advantageous
  • You will have strong interpersonal skills, and be able to quickly establish effective relationships
  • You will have a positive, proactive, and pragmatic in your approach.
