Job Description

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Help Desk Administrator to join our successful Corporate Services team based in Little Eaton, Derby. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the teams by providing superstar level administration support, including but not limited to:

  • Compiling sales invoices, raising on the accounting system and sending to customers
  • Chasing for purchase orders from customers in order to facilitate sales invoicing
  • Raising sales orders on the system following the sales team winning the order and completing deposit invoicing to customers
  • Dealing with ad hoc queries on invoices/ jobs as required
  • Assisting with raising and amending purchase orders for across the business
  • Providing information to customers and suppliers such as our VAT number etc
  • Assisting with debt queries on invoices sent out
  • Gathering data for new customer set up

  • Prior Office Management Experience Preferred
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Understanding of finance processes
  • Ability to Work Without Supervision
  • Excellent Time Management Skills and multi tasking
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service Skills
  • Proficiency With Microsoft Office Programs
  • Strong Prioritisation and Organisation Skills
