Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team based in Swindon. Working on this role you will be responsible for the delivery of a high-quality ground’s maintenance service to our clients. Working in teams, you will be responsible for a range of activity from grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, and much more. The total working hours for this role is 40-45 per week on a permanent contract.

Are you who we are looking for?

• Capable of working safely using a range of equipment and hand tools (e.g. strimmer’s, backpack blowers, push mowers etc.)
• Experience in working in a busy team and providing a high-quality service
• Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• One years’ experience in a similar Grounds Maintenance role is desirable
• Due to a condition of the contract an enhanced DBS check is required for the role
• Hold a Full, valid UK Driving License
