About the role

We are looking for Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our  team based at Sutton Coldfield.

As a Grounds Maintenance Operative you will be responsible for delivering the successful grounds maintenance for our house build clients, ensuring high levels of standards are maintained at all times.

Are you who we are looking for?

  • Do you have previous experience of working in grounds maintenance, experience of working in the new build homes sector would be ideal, but not essential
  • Can you work independently but also deliver as part of a wider team.
  • The ability be able to use your previous experience to resolve challenges whilst maintaining great levels of service.
  • Do you have a work safe home safe attitude, not only for you but all site users.
