Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team based out of our depot in Newhaven. As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for the delivery of a high-quality ground’s maintenance service to our clients. The role will entail a range of activities including grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, and much more. The total working hours for this role is 40 per week and it will be a permanent position.

Are you who we are looking for?

• Experience in grounds maintenance / horticulture / gardening
• Capable of working safely using a range of equipment and hand tools (e.g. strimmer’s, backpack blowers, push mowers etc.)
• Comfortable working in a busy team and providing a high-quality service
• Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must hold a Full, valid UK Driving License
