Who are we looking for?

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader (or teams) to join and lead our highly skilled team based at Falkirk carrying out work through the central belt.  We are looking for someone who is ambitious, driven, and self-motivated to join our workforce on a permanent contract. The job will focus on creating and maintaining fencing around sub-station buildings and structures as well as general maintenance tasks e.g. kerbing, walling, signing, patching. The total working hours for this role is 40 per week.

Principal responsibilities

• Leading a small team of Fencing Operatives to provide high quality services to specific clients
• Hold or previously held SPEN authorisations, EN-1, Wi-1 Wi-2
• You will organise daily work schedules, also making sure all daily checks have been completed by the team on relevant plant and machinery.
• You will ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures are met and followed
• You will have excellent industry knowledge and will be able to demonstrate this through possessing at least 1 year experience in a similar role
• Responsibilities would include kerbing, walling, signing, and patching
• Possess a full UK driver’s license
• It is important that you can deal with the general public and customers alike
• And any other duties that maybe required of you
