About the role

We are looking for a Team Leader to join our Fencing teams based in Devon and Cornwall.

As a Fencing Team Leader, you will be responsible for the installation of a variety of fencing on sites, predominately new build housing, such as close board fencing, pedestrian gates, metal railings and security fencing ensuring we deliver all projects in line with the main contract/client specifications.

  • Do you have previous experience of working in the fencing industry and new build homes sector
  • Can you work independently but collaborate as part of a wider team
  • Can you motivate and support a team to deliver exceptional performance
  • The ability is able to use your previous experience to resolve challenges whilst maintaining great levels of service.
  • Do you have a work safe, home safe attitude, not only for you but all site users
  • Do you have a valid CSCS Card and a full UK driving licence.
