Job Description

Who are we looking for?

An opportunity has arisen for a permanent Contract Coordinator to join our team in Chapel Brampton. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of landscape maintenance on new build housing developments across our Midlands regions.

As the Contract Coordinator you will report into the Operations Manager and your duties will include:

  • Raising and submitting invoices to customers
  • Raising purchase orders and ordering materials
  • Supporting the department with HR and Payroll and ensuring colleague records are kept up to date at all times
  • General administrative duties

Are you who we are looking for?

  • Do you have experience of working in a fast paced administration role
  • Are you a confident communicator
  • You will be comfortable working as part of a team, but also working on your own
  • Are you proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
