About the role
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Part Time Events & Activities Administrator to join our team based in Bromley. In this role you will provide administrative support for our Bromley Parks events service, concessions and delegated sports services.
You will work with events organisers on a number of tasks including; ensuring compliance with licencing and planning, sites visits, raising quotations, confirming payments, and ensure that the events listing is up to date.
Due to the nature of some of these events you will be required to work weekends during the event season.
Are you who we are looking for?
- You will be highly energetic, and enjoy and thrive working in a people facing role
- Happy to work to a plan with routine tasks, but relish the challenge when dealing with non routine tasks
- You will have a proven track record in a busy admin role, experience of facilitating events on third parties would be ideal
- You will be able to quickly establish rapport and build relationships and colleagues, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages, particularly Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of people.
