Contract Supervisor at idverde

An opportunity has arisen for a cleansing services working supervisor working on contracts in the North West area. The ideal candidate will be experienced in cleaning services and be self-motivated with a flexible approach. You will be proactive, positive and professional with the ability to work well under pressure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ability to fill in and check all relevant paperwork & utilise department systems
  • Responding to emergencies
  • Maintain good standards of health and safety for self and others
  • Ability to coordinate teams you supervise on a daily basis
  • Communicating effectively
  • Dealing with client/resident queries and complaints
  • Keeping management informed
  • Understanding operative roles and responsibilities
  • Undertaking regular auditing of client sites

Personal Specifications:

  • Professional and flexible attitude, ability to deal with members of the public and clients
  • Must be a good team player
  • Ability to manage teams leading by example as this is a ‘Hands-on position’

Requirements:

  • Monitor and maintain the health and safety of operatives reporting to you
  • Full UK driving license
