Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Cleansing Operative to join our team based in Colchester. We pride ourselves on being an industry leader and are passionate about providing opportunities within the sector for enthusiastic, hard-working individuals with the ability to complete work to a high standard and work on their own initiative.

Your main aim will be to carry out a range of cleaning activities in the prestigious Castle Park. Daily activities could include mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, emptying bins and cleaning wash rooms/toilets, offices, public areas.

• To be reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable
• Work to deadlines and performance targets
• Self-motivated individual who can work effectively as part of a team.
• This role will require travel therefore you must hold a full valid UK driving licence
