Our Services - Soft landscaping 01We also have an established Supply Chain which has passed the rigorous standards set out in our Quality Management Documents. Many Supply Chain members have worked with us over several years and are fully aware of the high standards that we and our clients require, and are regularly vetted on their performance. Supply Chain members who have experience of working with us can be involved early in the contract period and are able to bring their expertise to the works being undertaken.

This could involve early ordering, the supply of alternative but equal quality goods and improvements to the proposed construction methods. We benefit from involving suppliers as part of the design process to comment on the design at an early stage. This input can help to reduce costs and manage risks whilst still adhering to the contract construction period.

We work with pre-approved specialist nurseries across the UK and Europe to source the best and most appropriate nursery stock for schemes.

Where circumstances are suitable plants are grown specifically for the contract. This allows for a variety of specifications, budgets and client requirements to be met.

Having selected the plant material, we need to select the most appropriate growing medium and our teams understand the importance of getting this right. Soils and composts are sourced, tested and placed in accordance with best practice and the agreed specification.

Our Services - Soft landscaping 02Grassed areas can be produced using turf, seed or wildflowers and teams are used to laying all of these using the most appropriate techniques. Products are sourced from our network of pre-approved suppliers all of whom know the standards and service we require.

Having gone to the effort of installing an excellent scheme the follow-up maintenance can often be underestimated. This is where we come into our own and our national network of grounds maintenance contracts and experts can successfully deliver the maintenance regime to any soft landscaping project.
