As Operations Director, Lucy oversees the delivery of some of the UK’s most high-profile green spaces, including The Royal Parks, Sky Garden, the Metropolitan Police, and the Houses of Parliament. Her role balances commercial performance with environmental responsibility, managing multiple contracts while embedding sustainability at every level of operations.
Lucy’s approach focuses on bridging the gap between commercial realities and environmental ambition. She has championed practical, measurable, sustainable practices, ensuring initiatives deliver genuine ecological impact and long-term value rather than serving as tokenistic exercises.

Lucy’s academic achievements are extensive. She is currently studying for an MSt in Sustainability Leadership in the Build Environment at Cambridge University. She has previously completed an MSc in Sustainability at Cranfield University and an EMBA at Henley Business School. These qualifications reflect her commitment to continuous learning and to applying evidence-based practice in her daily work-life.
