idverde has been providing grounds maintenance services to Midland Heart properties across the Midlands and South East of England since December 2017, when the company was awarded a five-year contract following a competitive tendering process.

idverde provides grass cutting, shrub maintenance, hedge maintenance and hard surface cleansing services to a varied range of Midlands Heart property types, which include general needs properties, as well as care and support properties.

Our approach to service delivery is not just about providing a cost-effective and efficient service; it is designed to meet Midland Heart’s goals and values by ensuring customers are the focal point of the service.

idverde deploys neighbourhood-based, multi-skilled teams and aims, as far as possible, to visit the same site on the same day of the week on each occasion. This approach increases local ownership and leads to better standards of service and enhanced relationships with residents.

Our staff receive specific induction training to ensure they are aware of the specific needs of residents. This includes customer care training covering the implications of working around children and vulnerable adults, not only in terms of being aware of the potential danger of leaving equipment unattended but also in respect of appropriate behaviour.

Our work programming system ensures that work is performed at suitable times to cause the least possible adverse impact upon residents and the environment.
